About Us
The Indigent Orphans’ Scholarship & Empowerment Foundation is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020, with Registration Number CAC/IT/6987363 as an Incorporated Trustee in 2024.
In IOSEFoundation, we BELIEVE that EDUCATION is a fundamental right of every child (irrespective of colour, tribe, race, language, geographical location, sex, religion, or social status).
We also believe that, EDUCATION is the GREAT LIGHT that exposes individuals to their potentials, thereby making such individuals beneficial to humanity at large.
Unfortunately, in Africa, quality education is assumed to be the exclusive preserve of the rich. This situation has led to less-privileged persons being denied access to quality education.
Hence IOSEFoundation was born to bridge this gap.
Our Vision
To award annual SCHOLARSHIPs to HELPLESS ORPHANS in various African schools; Primary to University level.
To SPONSOR academic deficient orphans for VOCATIONAL SKILL ACQUISITION PROGRAMMES and empower them after their training.
Our Mission
To bridge the educational gap between the rich and the HELPLESS ORPHANS in Africa.
To establish Educational, Media and other facilities across Africa for the interest of the less privilege generally.

PASTOR ENABULELE, Igie David is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Indigent Orphans’ Scholarship and Empowerment Foundation. He is a veteran journalist with many years of experience in print media. He holds an H.N.D. in journalism, P.G.D. Management, B.E.D. Business Education, M.B.A. Business Administration. He is an ardent preacher and doer of the word of God, a passionate lover of children and young adults; hence, he is the proprietor of STELVIS GROUP OF SCHOOLS, DOPEMU, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Currently, he is an Administrator, at the Deeper Christian Life Ministry (Deeper Life Bible Church), International Headquarters, Gbagada, Lagos State, Nigeria.
PASTOR EDEH, John Chukwuemerie
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
PASTOR EDEH, John Chukwuemerie is the C.E.O., Indigent Orphans’ Scholarship And Empowerment Foundation. He is a highly proficient Educationist, specialized in Primary Education.
He held Head-Teacher position for several years in some private schools.
He holds Diploma in modern Salesmanship (from National Correspondence School of Salesmanship, Manchester, England). National Certificate in Education (N.C.E.), Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education (now Lagos State University of Education, Ijaniki, Lagos State, Nigeria. B.Sc. (in view), Business Administration (University of the People, online, America), Numerous Certificates of Merit (Philanthropy University, online, America).
BARRISTER OGWURU, Walter Chidozie

BARRISTER OGWURU, Walter Chidozie is the Secretary General, Board of Trustees (Indigent Orphans’ Scholarship and Empowerment Foundation)
He studied law at Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos State, Nigeria.
He attended Nigerian law school on Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria and he was called to the bar in the year 1993.
Currently, Barrister Ogwuru is the Principal Partner at OGWURU AND CO, Legal Practitioners.
DR. CHUKWU, Victor Chijioke
FINANCIAL SECRETARY
DR. CHUKWU, Victor Chijioke is a Music lecturer at MOUNTAIN TOP University, Ibafo, Ogun State, Nigeria. He started his academic pursuit in music at Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education (now Lagos State University of Education), Ojo, where he obtained his N.C.E. in the year 2002.
For his Bachelor of Arts, he attended Nigeria’s prestigious University, University of Nigeria, Nsukka (U.N.N.) where he made 1st class honors. He later proceeded to the University of Lagos, Akoka, for his Master of Arts (M.A.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in music.
He is the Financial Secretary of the Indigent Orphans’ Scholarship and Empowerment Foundation.

Mr. UKAHA, Okechukwu Friday (BSc ACA, ACTI) is the Treasurer of the Indigent Orphans’ Scholarship and Empowerment Foundation.
He is an experienced Financial Accountant, Compliance and Taxation professional, Financial Analyst and Control.
Currently Heading Finance and Accounts department in an Aviation Company in Lagos State, Nigeria.

PASTOR OGBONNA, Emmanuel is an exceptional youth leader whose leadership and mentorship programs and prowess has birthed so many charismatic and impactful young leaders like him.

PASTOR FANIYI, Babalola Timothy is a great man of God whose ministrations have given hope to many downtrodden.
He is an Educationist, a Philanthropist and Proprietor. He studied accountancy in the Federal College of Education, Akoka, Lagos State, Nigeria.

MS. UKAEGBU, Joy Nwachinemere is the Administrator, Indigent Orphans’ Scholarship And Empowerment Foundation.
She is an inborn Humanitarian Service Provider. Her philanthropic works in the lives of the youth and young adults she coaches and mentors speak volume.
Ms. Ukaegbu did her N.D (Business Administration) and H.N.D (Marketing) respectively in Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State, Nigeria.
She later attended Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Osun State, Nigeria for her Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Relations, as well as PGD, Management Science.
Her wealth of experience has exposed her to both public and private sector organizations, which includes but not limited to Oil and Gas companies in Nigeria.

MRS. EDEH, Sussana Chiamaka is the Operation Manager, Indigent Orphans’ Scholarship And Empowerment Foundation.
She is a successful business woman and very kind-hearted towards the less privilege generally.
