How It Works
Our team of experts within the foundation’s Management Committee, have developed the following simple work tools. With these tools, communication emanates from the foundation to the prospective scholarship awardees (the orphans) and vice versa.

Our Work Tools
1. Scholarship Recommendation Form
This is the entry point. The foundation distributes the form to individuals, associations, schools, churches, mosques, and other groups. These intermediaries help identify eligible orphans within their communities and return the completed forms to the foundation.
Once received, the foundation issues a Provisional Scholarship Award Letter, along with the Orphan’s Scholarship Registration Forms.
2. Orphan’s Scholarship Registration Forms
The prospective awardee completes these forms, attaches the necessary documents, and returns them to the foundation. This step provides detailed information about the orphan, verifies parenthood, and authenticates the orphanage claim.
