Welcome to https://www.indigentorphans.org/ (the “Website”), operated by IOSEFoundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting indigent orphans (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Website, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

3. Donations and Payments

All donations to the Foundation are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. By making a donation, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the specified amount. Please note that all donations are final — the Foundation does not issue refunds under any circumstances.

The Foundation is fully committed to complying with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing regulations. 

4. Intellectual Property

All Website content—including text, images, logos, and designs—is owned by or licensed to IOSEFoundation and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos  under the rules of Lagos Court of Arbitration.

14. Miscellaneous

  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver.
